The façade acts both as a pergola and a balcony. It is a buffer zone between
the public and private rooms. It seems like this element could be pulled out as one
single piece and then be used somewhere else. |

The drawer principle requires a bridge to access the upper units.
So the lower level is not disturbed by people leaving or entering;
the access can be entirely independent.
The two levels can not be connected easily. They can carry different functions. |

The upper-level units can be accessed via a bridge or by walking along the pergola.
Stairs could help to connect the two levels. |
